Cruella, the Crested, Success Story |
On Saturday, May 10th we had the pleasure of meeting Nancy and
Cruella. Nancy took the time out of her busy weekend to allow us to
come and meet Cruella, who is now known as Ella. We were both
nervous and excited at the same time. We had been searching for a
smaller dog for quite some time and I found her listing on
Petfinder.com. I couldn't fill out the application fast enough and
it was so hard waiting for the weekend to get here! She was quite an
interesting breed for us to consider but I just couldn't stop hoping
that she was as sweet as she sounded on the site. She was. She's
even sweeter than we could have expected. She loves to spend time
with all of our nieces and nephews, all of the other family dogs and
blends into the mix as if she'd been with us for years. She is such
a great dog and she is a joy to have in our home. She really makes
it feel complete! We love that she sleeps under the covers, snores
and is soft as silk! She also loves to get dressed up. She is slowly
learning how to walk on the leash and has started working on some
tricks. She is also quite a favorite at the local Starbucks. I can't
thank you enough for finding this special little girl and for
letting her choose us as her new parents. Thank you so much for all
the hard work that you put into helping these animals find forever
homes. We could not have hoped for a better dog and it's all thanks
to you.
