Dear Cheryll and Foster Care Givers,
My husband and I would like to thank you for letting us adopt Sheba
and bring her in to our family. She is all that you said she was and
more. My husband is home all day by himself and she has been such a
companion to him. I can't wait to get home after work to see her. We
all have bonded so well. We take her everywhere with us and yep she
is spoiled. We have gone to the pet stores 3 times since we have had
her (less than a week) and she loves to go shopping for herself!!!
She loves kids and other animals and that is the kind of pet we
wanted. She is 5 years old and has just enough play to be fun and a
joy and yet she is house broken and is very very smart and
understands what we say. We are so lucky to have such a good girl.
There's a lot of good be said about adult dogs.
I tell everyone that we adopted her from animal house rescue and let
them know you were very honest in all that you told us about her and
the other dogs we were interested in. But she is the one that won
our hearts. Can you tell we love her and she is in the best home she
could be in. She will have the best of everything especially CARE
and attention!!!
These animals that you all foster and take such good care of "thank
you." You have all the problems in life that everyone does but yet
you still have the love in your heart to help these helpless animals
in hopes that someday -- someone will care for them like you do and
life will give them another chance. Your responsibility does not
stop because you ar sick or something happens in your life.. that
animal still needs to be fed and let out and go to vets and food to
buy... in general they have many needs daily that only a human can
take care of.. Thank God their are people like you.
Again Al, Sue and Sheba thank you for bringing us together. Remember
if there was no you there would be no us!!!
