Evie's Success Story

Evie is doing well...eating, drinking and cuddling. She sleeps in her new bed next to my pillow. She is getting very comfortable here. I actually heard her bark a couple times. I've been putting her sweater on her every time I take her outside to potty. She does NOT like the cold poor thing. I just noticed the tattoo on her thigh yesterday. It made me tear up.. I thought it was spotting until I could make out number 53. Gawd,,people are such animals. I also have a magnet on my car that reads "Puppymills breed misery, Support Your Local Animal Shelter." I try to educate people about puppymills whenever I can. I am soooo in love with Evie. She'll be celebrating her first Christmas shortly. She will have a Christmas stocking and gifts to open. Soft toys and treats. Probably a winter coat and booties..LOL.. Maybe a snow suit if I can find one. I can't say enough how lucky I feel to have Evie and what a tremendous job Diane and Animal House Rescue did with this precious angel. I didn't expect the cuddle bunny side of her and it just feels like a gift for my heart. I know she has learned to love from all of you and I will be eternally grateful I'm now the lucky recipient of that love. Thanks again so much. Bless Animal House Rescue. Happy Holidays, Pam and Evie
