I wanted to give you an update on Maxx (aka Allen)! 

It has been nearly one year since we brought Maxx home!

I had been wanting a dog for a very long time, but just wasn't sure about the commitment. After I brought Maxx home, I wondered why I had waited so long! I cannot tell you how much joy and laughter he has added to our household. He has a big, big personality and is quite the little man in our condominium complex. He is the most loving, sweet little ball of craziness you will ever meet. I am so thankful he found us. He goes everywhere with me; he even "goes to work" with me a couple of days a week. I think he is the only one I ever met that really gets excited about "going to work". Each of our customers gets greeted with a bunch of wiggles, kisses, and a furiously wagging tail. He is a big hit.

His foster parents, Bonnie and Dale, were just great and I could tell when I went to meet Maxx that they truly cared about his well being and whether or not he was going to a good home. I live about 1 1/2 hours away with a crazy work schedule and they were wonderful about making time for us to meet.

I would like to thank them as well as your entire organization for all of the good work that you do! I tell everyone I know that is looking for a pet about you and give them your website.

Maxx is truly an amazing gift that you have given me. I have attached one picture of him taken on the day we brought him home, another from about six months ago (you can see he is really silly) and one from a couple of weeks ago. As you can see, he has grown into quite the little man!
