Just wanted to send you a few new pictures of Charlie. For Halloween, Charlie dressed up as a bumblebee and sat with me on the front porch to pass out candy to all the little trick or treaters. According to his vet's best guess, Charlie turned 1 on December 5th so I just had to get him a doggie cake =) (from Woofer's Delight on Central). He loved the cake but was kind enough to share it with some of his canine friends in the neighborhood.

Charlie is up to a healthy 52 lbs and will probably gain a few more as he grows up a bit. He still loves to ride in the car, go to doggie daycare, and greet visitors. His best friend is my brother's dog Candy - she is adopted as well - she is a shepard/beagle mix and is about the same size and age as Charlie. They will wrestle and chase each other for hours and then he'll sleep for an entire day! Charlie has such a great demeanour, is so gentle with my neice and nephews, and has a great personality. He is an absolute joy and makes me happier than I could ever tell you -I feel blessed to have him.
